Last year, for the first time ever, we administered this survey to the 2015-2018 NU alumni cohorts.
We are pleased to hear that our alumni have a high level of satisfaction with their educational experience at NU and preparation for career and postgraduate studies. Six in ten working alumni reported that they had been involved in innovation within a company, and 21% reported that they had started a company or business.
Here’s a glimpse into a few pieces of advice they’ve shared with NU’s current students:
“Be open-minded, and don’t forget about the importance of extracurricular activities. University life is vibrant and colorful. Enjoy your time. Make good friendships. Those connections might be life-changing in your future.”
“Try to get involved in research projects and explore different interdisciplinary fields.”
“Study well and diligently, but also don’t forget to enjoy the process of studying together and appreciate the opportunity to learn and grow.”
