The four year Initial Teacher Education Model Implementation and Strengthening of Its Content Project (KZEMP/DS-02) has come to its culmination with the final seminar held on 15 May 2024 in Astana. Guided by the World Bank and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, this project is a collaborative effort of the Finnish and Kazakhstani universities to modernise and enhance pedagogical education in Kazakhstan.

The Institutional Effectiveness team from the Office of the Provost contributed significantly to the success of the project by sharing its expertise and best-practices in academic quality enhancement, curriculum design and faculty capacity-building.
