Your Voice Matters: Employee Engagement Survey Report
This summer, the IR&A Unit, in partnership with the HR Department, conducted the Employee Engagement Survey to better understand the experiences of NU’s employees. Designed to be confidential, the survey offered an opportunity for employees to share their perspectives on the university’s work environment.
The completed analysis offers a clearer picture of NU’s workplace dynamics, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement. These findings will guide efforts to enhance the university’s work environment and support employee well-being.
