Employee Engagement Survey

Employee Engagement Surveys are conducted to assess the level of engagement, satisfaction, and workplace experience of NU's academic, research, and administrative staff. The results inform institutional strategies to enhance organizational culture, staff well-being, and overall performance.

The inaugural 2024 Employee Engagement Survey was developed collaboratively by the Human Resources Department and the Institutional Research & Analytics unit.

The statistical data on the website (ie.nu.edu.kz) should be considered in the context of an international research university, and in-line with NU's strategic targets (NU Strategy 2018-2030).
